Treatment reform services focused on improving the effectiveness, safety, and long-term outcomes of behavioral health systems and programs. Through trauma-informed consultation, staff development, systems analysis, and innovative therapeutic approaches, these services help organizations strengthen culture, reduce burnout and behavioral escalation, and create environments that support lasting healing and recovery. The goal is to bridge the gap between policy, practice, and human connection to build treatment systems that are ethical, evidence-informed, and truly client-centered.
Trust-Based Relational Intervention® (TBRI®) training provides trauma-informed training and consultation designed to strengthen relationships, improve behavioral outcomes, and create felt safety within individuals and systems. Rooted in attachment science, neuroscience, and connection-based care, these services equip caregivers, staff, and organizations with practical tools to respond to challenging behaviors with regulation, empathy, and trust. TBRI services support the development of healthier environments where healing, connection, and long-term resilience can thrive.
Microcurrent Neurofeedback (MCN) is a gentle, non-invasive approach designed to support the brain’s natural ability to self-regulate and function more efficiently. Using extremely low levels of electrical stimulation far below what is typically felt by the client MCN works to help calm dysregulated patterns in the nervous system and promote improved balance within the brain and body.
This service may support individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, trauma-related symptoms, emotional dysregulation, sleep difficulties, attention and focus concerns, or nervous system overwhelm. Sessions are individualized and often described as relaxing, with the goal of enhancing overall emotional wellness, resilience, and cognitive functioning.
As part of a holistic behavioral health approach, Microcurrent Neurofeedback can complement therapy and other wellness interventions by supporting nervous system regulation and optimal brain performance.
Burnout impacts not only individual well-being, but also team morale, workplace culture, and the quality of care provided. I help individuals and organizations identify the underlying factors contributing to chronic stress, emotional exhaustion, compassion fatigue, and workplace dysregulation.
My services support burnout reduction by promoting healthier communication, improving emotional regulation, strengthening staff resilience, and creating environments that foster psychological safety and sustainable performance.
Whether working with treatment teams, leadership, or helping professionals individually, my goal is to support systems that are both effective and sustainable where people can continue serving others without sacrificing their own well-being.
My approach recognizes that symptoms such as anxiety, depression, emotional reactivity, burnout, or trauma responses often develop as adaptive survival strategies rather than personal failures. Through a combination of evidence-based therapeutic practices, relational support, and whole-person care, I help clients increase self-awareness, improve emotional regulation, strengthen resilience, and reconnect with their authentic sense of self.
